What you'll do

• Oversee resident assessments, service plans, medication administration, and changes in health status as permitted by the Nurse Practice Act. Supervise, train, and evaluate wellness team members
• coordinate ancillary services and outside providers
• support regulatory inspections, incident follow-up, and quality programs
• perform rotating on-call duties.
