What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate asphalt paving crews
• ensure paving equipment is properly set up and operated
• monitor progress, schedules, and budgets
• calculate daily production budgets
• report time, quantities, and activities using software
• conduct quality control inspections
• coordinate with project managers, inspectors, operations personnel, asphalt plants, trucking providers, and crews
• lead safety meetings and toolbox talks
• train and mentor crew members.
