The SWISS CNC Set-Up Operator role is onsite in Geneva, IL. Pay is $27–$40 per hour, with a second-shift wage premium noted. What you'll do

• Set up and troubleshoot CNC, VMC, and SWISS machines
• load materials
• fine-tune machines until products pass first inspection
• operate machines as required
• read workmanship standards and complete work orders
• use measuring tools appropriately
• document inspection procedures
• identify nonconforming products
• clean and maintain tools and equipment
• communicate maintenance needs
• assist with operator training
• follow safety standards
• move parts and remove scrap.

Why this role
