IT Software Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide online and telephone user support
• resolve software problems and track fixes
• develop standard operating procedures and training documents
• deliver remote feature training and on-site training
• test Agility Software releases installed three or four times per year
• support testing, training, and installation of new business applications
• travel to locations for training
• provide some night and weekend overtime for database management and new-release installations.
