What you'll do

• Represent clients in personal injury matters from initial litigation through settlement or verdict
• draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and legal memoranda
• conduct and defend depositions
• handle mediations, hearings, and trials, including jury selection, opening and closing statements, and examinations
• collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff on case preparation.
