What you'll do

• Carry out duties in the library, game room, computer lab, child watch, and rock wall
• assist with programs and events
• build relationships with guests and connect them to spiritual advice and opportunities
• serve as a positive role model
• supervise youth
• use positive discipline
• handle security and crisis situations
• verify membership and follow check-in/check-out procedures
• maintain facility order and cleanliness
• coordinate daily and weekly activities
• attend assigned staff meetings.
