What you'll do

• Define project scope with customers and liaise with operations
• work in the lab with the team and assist clients on onsite days
• research and prospect for new and existing business
• manage quotes, orders, and proposals
• support sales executives and national sales teams
• manage technical RFQs through quotation delivery
• coordinate targeted-industry efforts and trade shows
• document competitive intelligence
• provide service-offering training
• coordinate service expansion with lab and sales leadership
• prepare client presentations.
