The Final Finish / Quality Assurance role is an onsite position in Duluth, MN, in a factory environment with some outdoor machine testing. Pay is $18–$24 per hour. The role supports production of Aspen Aerials under-bridge inspection units at Time Manufacturing Company. The position completes final finishing, operational testing, and quality inspections to document that each unit matches its build order and design specifications. It helps identify and report production issues before equipment is completed.

What you'll do

• Install decals and hose and wire protection
• grease and touch up paint
• torque bolts
• test machines on a bridge
• complete operational checklists and final inspections
• document test results
• operate truck-mounted aerial lift equipment after training
• verify units against prints and specifications
• report discrepancies
• discuss operational issues with production personnel
• complete timecards
• follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
