Senior Business Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Interview stakeholders and capture, verify, and manage software requirements and traceability
• develop workflow and system analyses and functional, non-functional, and performance specifications
• prepare system and user documentation, user guides, release notes, process analyses, SOPs, and diagrams
• support developers, test teams, and client stakeholders
• conduct customer presentations
• collaborate with QA/QC to maintain secure, defect-free applications
• use modeling and requirements tools including Visio and Jira or similar
• support Agile and SDLC processes.
