What you'll do

• Review daily schedules for barriers to appointments
• perform telephone triage using subjective and objective findings
• enter orders in the electronic medical record under standing orders or provider direction
• assess patients physically, psychologically, and socially
• communicate patient needs and health information between patients and providers
• evaluate care effectiveness
• administer ordered medications and treatments
• complete prior authorizations
• assist with examinations and in-office treatments
• and participate in staff development and meetings.
