Engineering Program Manager – Manufacturing Programs

The Engineering Program Manager – Manufacturing Programs role is onsite in Tualatin, OR, with regular travel between Tualatin and Albany sites and occasional travel to customer or vendor sites. The salary range is $100,000–$130,000 per year. Precinmac manufactures precision-machined components and assemblies and emphasizes quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement. The role manages engineering and operations programs to deliver customer volume ramps on schedule. It coordinates capital equipment projects, new product introductions, and continuous improvement work, keeping plans, risks, budgets, and status visible to site leadership and customers.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain integrated ramp plans for equipment, tooling, staffing, and qualification milestones
• manage capital equipment projects through installation, qualification, and production handoff
• coordinate with supply chain, production, quality, facilities, and vendors
• track budgets and flag variances
• prepare customer milestone reports
• own the G0–G5 new product introduction process
• run gate reviews and track actions
• manage continuous improvement projects
• maintain project lists, status reports, risk records, and action logs
• apply project management methods and change control.
