Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time Day Shift

Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborate with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues. Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, and provide resident education. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
