The Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Field Service Technician role is an onsite field position based in Capitol Heights, MD, serving a specific geographic region. What you'll do

• Perform OEM testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to Level 2 and DC fast chargers
• conduct insulation, thermal imagery, torque, and performance tests
• troubleshoot system issues and locate or isolate ground faults
• coordinate maintenance schedules and work orders
• review site manuals and drawings
• perform electrical and mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance
• document site issues and complete field reports and work orders
• conduct site safety assessments and complete required safety documentation.
