Mid-Level Provider, Hormone and Wellness Care

What you'll do

• Coordinate personalized care for patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness services
• explain clinical information, conditions, treatment options, and care plans clearly
• build patient relationships and rapport
• work with the Physician Medical Director and Center Director
• complete required Monday–Friday training for 10 consecutive days
• maintain active Oklahoma NP or PA licensure, board certification, DEA license, and OBNDD license.

Why this role

Requires an active Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, active board certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA, and current DEA and OBNDD licenses. Providers must be available for at least two Saturdays per month, or three in months with five Saturdays; two full weeks of paid training are provided.
