The Resident Care Assistant (RCA) role is onsite in New Lebanon, NY. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, increasing to $18.00 per hour once certified as a CNA. The role supports residents receiving care at Hillcrest Commons Nursing & Rehab, which offers rehabilitation, short-term and long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care, respite, and hospice services.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with day-to-day needs and activities. The posting offers day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• weekend coverage is part of the hospital’s care setting.
