• Complete treatment plans and reviews for clients receiving medication management
• assist providers with FARS/CFARS and outcome measures
• complete intakes as needed
• prepare provider schedules
• identify documentation due
• support medical staff with treatment plans
• maintain client records and productivity logs
• participate in treatment-team activities
• provide brief, problem-oriented counseling
• and maintain confidentiality and timely documentation.
