Corporate Paralegal

The Corporate Paralegal role is hybrid/onsite in Raleigh, NC, with compensation of $80,000–$110,000 per year. The position supports up to six attorneys handling transactional and operational matters for a premier law firm.

What you'll do

• Manage corporate entity formations, foreign qualifications, governance amendments, and dissolutions. Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence workflows, virtual data room administration, and closing binders. Facilitate multi-state business licensing and compliance filings
• administer UCC filings, tax lien searches, and judgment tracking
• and draft governance documents, board resolutions, operating agreements, and legal consents.
