What you'll do

• Prepare and cook dinner menu items to approved recipes, portions, and presentation standards
• use station-appropriate cooking techniques
• check ingredients and dishes for freshness, flavor, temperature, and presentation
• coordinate timing with other stations and the expeditor
• follow allergy and dietary procedures
• organize mise en place, manage orders, replenish ingredients, and complete closing duties
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• guide junior cooks and communicate supply needs.
