What you'll do

• Perform quantity takeoffs for concrete scopes
• estimate labor, equipment, and production rates
• develop competitive bids
• solicit and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
• analyze drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports
• identify risks and develop contingency strategies
• assist with project handoff to operations
• track historical costs and refine bidding strategy.
