What you'll do

• Coordinate pre-construction reviews, estimates, schedules, budgets, and procurement
• obtain permits and maintain regulatory documentation
• plan resources and sequence field work
• manage materials, subcontractors, and vendors
• lead field operations and site visits
• track budgets, costs, forecasts, invoices, and change orders
• communicate with clients and stakeholders
• oversee quality and safety
• coordinate inspections, punch lists, and closeout documents.
