What you'll do

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and update individual services and supports
• ensure program needs are met around the clock
• follow prescribed menus and diets
• ensure medical treatments and medications are managed and documented as ordered
• communicate with people served, families, providers, staff, and the public
• develop staff schedules
• maintain daily documentation
• lead in-services
• conduct performance reviews
• hire, discipline, and terminate staff.
