What you'll do

• Provide personalized care to support seniors with activities of daily living
• encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another
• help create a safe environment
• maintain accurate medical records and written documentation
• transport residents to dining areas and feed or assist residents as needed
• make frequent rounds
• supervise nurse’s aides and assist CNA staff with direct care when necessary
• follow up on identified problems.
