The Contract Review Attorney, Class Action Litigation role is remote. Compensation is $45–$55 per hour, with an estimated duration of 2–4 months and 35–40 expected hours per week. The attorney supports Tycko & Zavareei LLP, a plaintiff-side litigation firm focused on public-interest matters including consumer class actions and privacy litigation. The role exists to review electronic documents and identify evidence relevant to complex litigation. Accurate privilege, relevance, confidentiality, and issue coding, along with concise summaries and timely escalation of important findings, support the firm’s litigation teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct first- and second-level privilege, relevance, and confidentiality reviews of electronic documents
• apply issue coding and tagging protocols
• identify significant documents and draft concise summaries for senior litigation associates and partners
• promptly escalate potential privilege issues or critical evidentiary findings
• participate in periodic team meetings about review strategy and quality-control metrics.
