What you'll do

• Tow vehicles and oversee driver performance, safety, and compliance
• establish and monitor performance expectations
• perform impounds, customer-requested towing, and roadside assistance. Schedule drivers, assign trucks and coverage areas, recruit and train drivers, coordinate maintenance, and respond to incidents and complaints.
