What you'll do

• Represent clients in litigation and administrative matters before state, federal, and other tribunals
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, agreements, and other legal documents
• conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• attend hearings, depositions, client meetings, and negotiations
• advise clients on legal, regulatory, governance, and business matters
• collaborate across practice areas
• participate in client development, networking, and professional education
• maintain compliance with court rules, professional standards, and firm procedures. Monthly travel is required.
