Budget Analyst

What you'll do

• Establish and manage processes for developing the CTE budget
• prepare multi-year forecasts and trend analyses
• assist with state budget submissions and review program expenditures for compliance
• perform budget-to-actual analysis, account reconciliation review, and journal-entry preparation
• support internal controls and policy guidelines
• monitor CTE grant invoices, statements, and deposits
• support campus-wide fiscal operations
• report to the CTE Dean and Office of the Provost.
