What you'll do

• Assist the Facilities Manager with daily dealership operations and maintenance
• coordinate repairs and maintenance services with vendors and contractors
• help ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• monitor equipment and facility conditions and report issues
• support maintenance supply and equipment inventory
• help schedule and supervise janitorial and maintenance staff as needed
• maintain facility management records.
