What you'll do

• Respond to customer, outside sales, and vendor calls and emails
• provide product data and documentation
• assist with valve and actuator sizing and applications
• prepare proposals
• coordinate returns and credits
• update stock and part-number needs
• verify purchase orders
• enter customer and vendor orders
• prepare production and assembly documentation
• track and expedite orders
• and support billing and account administration.
