What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• promote comfort, safety, privacy, dignity, and independence
• observe and report changes in condition
• document care electronically
• communicate with the hospice team and families
• follow individualized care plans and hospice standards
• travel between patient homes.
