Consultant – Value and Access

Job overview

The Consultant – Value and Access role is hybrid, based in Boston, MA or New York, NY, with work from home available up to 50% of the time averaged over two weeks. Compensation is $110,000–$130,000 per year. The consultant joins Costello Medical’s expanding Value & Access team, a healthcare agency working in medical communications, market access, and health economics and outcomes research. The consultant leads client projects from scoping through delivery, developing payer-focused value and reimbursement materials, health economic models, and market access strategies. The role also builds client relationships, mentors analysts, and contributes to the team’s capabilities and growth.

What you'll do

• Lead and independently manage multiple Value & Access projects end-to-end
• lead client communications and engagement
• develop payer-focused value and reimbursement materials, health economic models, expert elicitation activities, and market access strategy deliverables
• recruit, train, and mentor analysts
• nurture client relationships and build a pipeline of work
• contribute to team strategy and capabilities.

Why this role

Requires at least four years of industry experience, strong understanding of the US payer and access landscape, and experience leading US-focused value and access deliverables.
