What you'll do

• Build relationships with residents and respond to inquiries and complaints
• coordinate inspections, repairs, and upgrades
• oversee unit showings, applicant screening, and lease execution
• support occupancy through marketing and outreach
• manage budgets, expenses, rent collection, delinquencies, and records
• supervise and train maintenance and on-site staff
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including Fair Housing laws
• coordinate vendors and monitor contracts
• manage unit turnover, final inspections, and security deposit processing.
