HealthMarket Department Manager

The HealthMarket Department Manager role is onsite in Cottage Grove, MN, with compensation of $19–$23 per hour. The manager leads the HealthMarket department, setting standards for service, product quality, presentation, and team performance. The role supports department results through staff leadership, customer education, inventory and ordering oversight, and sales and promotion planning.

What you'll do

• Set department standards for customer service, cleanliness, sanitation, team relations, and profitability
• lead customer engagement
• educate customers about products without giving medical advice
• recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees
• coordinate schedules and work plans
• oversee ordering, replenishment, pricing, rotation, and expiration checks
• analyze sales trends and plan promotions
• operate the register and maintain sanitation procedures.
