What you'll do

• Lead store operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts
• oversee cleanliness and prep completion
• support and direct front- and back-of-house teams
• monitor product quality, service speed, and guest experience
• delegate tasks
• count cash drawers and support end-of-day procedures
• train team members
• communicate team needs to the General Manager
• handle shift-level guest recovery, break coverage, and role adjustments.
