Operations Manager — Omnichannel Fulfillment

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle across e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, marketplace, BOPIS, ship-from-store, and curbside pickup
• oversee Order Management System performance, configuration, and improvement
• define order-routing rules, inventory allocation, and fulfillment priorities
• monitor order accuracy, SLA compliance, and cancellations
• collaborate with customer service to resolve exceptions and fulfillment failures
• partner with IT and product teams on OMS, WMS, and TMS enhancements and integrations
• evaluate automation opportunities
• coordinate across Supply Chain, Technology, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Finance
• report omnichannel KPIs and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
