What you'll do

• Attend to restaurant guests
• assist with front- and back-of-house operations, including staff training, scheduling, and direction
• provide staff feedback and recognition or corrective action
• assist with hiring, cash management, reservations, purchasing, inventory, and records
• maintain food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• contribute to leadership forums and operational improvement.
