What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and retail staff
• conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entrances, parking, loading zones, and perimeter
• monitor access points
• report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations
• respond to incidents
• prepare reports and communicate with site management and responders.
