What you'll do

• Maintain, install, and repair commercial heating and air-conditioning systems, controls, and subsystems
• diagnose air distribution, balancing, stratification, insulation, and vapor deficiencies
• repair or replace control sensors and transmitters
• repair, retrofit, or install DDC hardware and software
• adjust boilers, chillers, air-handling units, motor controls, and refrigerant systems
• maintain control systems and records
• inspect construction and contract work for compliance with agreements and applicable codes
• document work, materials, equipment operation, failures, and repairs.
