What you'll do

• Perform daily and weekly maintenance across short-term rental homes
• respond to same-day service calls and guest maintenance requests
• complete basic plumbing, electrical, minor carpentry, HVAC-check, and appliance-troubleshooting work
• inspect properties
• maintain supplies and inventory
• document property visits
• support ongoing projects with the Maintenance Coordinator, Owner Relations, and Operations.
