By coordinating field and project teams, managing risks, and developing project engineers and managers, the position supports safe, quality work delivered on schedule and within budget.

What you'll do

• Lead heavy highway, airport, and civil infrastructure projects from planning through closeout
• manage budgets, cost forecasts, profitability, cash flow, progress billing, and financial reporting
• develop and maintain CPM construction schedules
• oversee contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, claims, and documentation
• coordinate with superintendents, estimators, owners, government agencies, engineers, and subcontractors
• identify cost and schedule risks and implement recovery plans
• lead project teams and develop project engineers and project managers
• maintain contractual, safety, quality, schedule, and financial standards.
