The Construction Estimator, Rebuild role is onsite in Bloomington, MN. Pay is $60,000–$65,000 per year, plus bonuses. Service Restoration provides property restoration after water, fire, mold, storm, and other damage. The estimator assesses restoration and rebuild jobs, prepares and presents estimates, and coordinates with customers, staff, subcontractors, vendors, and insurers. Accurate estimates and job coordination support fair compensation, operational efficiency, and the financial viability of each project.

What you'll do

• Make daily calls and respond to leads and voicemails
• prepare emails, notes, and job files
• resolve conflicts with distressed parties
• enter customers and close completed jobs in the project management system
• use Xactimate to create estimates and invoices
• analyze properties using photos, communications, videos, and MICA
• create, submit, and present estimates
• bill customers, clients, and insurance providers
• facilitate communication among parties
• manage large volumes of job files.
