The Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Natick, MA, in a full-day, full-year toddler classroom. The stated pay range is $21.00–$24.00 per hour. The Tobin Children's School provides full-year, full-day programs for infants through PreK. Working with two full-time teachers and an afternoon assistant, the teacher supports up to nine children through supervision, family communication, curriculum planning, and assessment. The role also helps maintain safety and sanitation practices and meet licensing and accreditation requirements.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with two full-time teachers and an afternoon assistant to support up to nine children in a toddler classroom.
• Communicate with parents, supervise children, plan curriculum, conduct child assessments, and follow safety and sanitation protocols, EEC licensing regulations, and NAEYC Accreditation Criteria.
• Work flexible eight-hour shifts within the stated classroom schedule of 7:15–5:45.
