What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and provide leadership to assigned nursing personnel
• plan shift services and activities
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• complete resident records and assessments
• transcribe physician orders and document care
• administer medications
• provide nursing services such as catheterization, tube feedings, suction, dressing changes, and colostomy care as required
• monitor safety practices and protect resident confidentiality.
