Employee Support Career Coach Coordinator

The Employee Support Career Coach Coordinator role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with compensation of $25.00–$27.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Coach program participants through employment and retention

• provide career counseling and job-placement support
• conduct workshops
• connect participants with employers, schools, community organizations, and resources
• track retention milestones and program deliverables
• maintain confidential case files
• support grant requirements and program evaluation.
