What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day multi-site AV/EV field operations
• manage and develop Fleet Managers and other regional leaders
• monitor operational KPIs, repair-order performance, technician productivity, staffing, scheduling, and customer SLAs
• ensure sites have appropriate staffing, tools, processes, and resources
• partner with HR, Recruiting, and Training on workforce matters
• address escalated operational, employee, and customer issues
• build customer relationships
• support site launches, fleet ramps, transitions, and new vehicle platforms
• identify risks and drive corrective actions
• manage controllable regional expenses
• conduct site visits and operational reviews.
