Customer Service Representative, 3PL Operations

What you'll do

• Serve as the main contact for assigned gaming and media clients
• coordinate inbound receipts, outbound orders, transfers, and returns
• monitor order activity and communicate delays or risks
• resolve escalated inquiries
• support launches and promotional drops
• apply routing, labeling, packaging, and compliance requirements
• investigate inventory discrepancies
• support inventory accuracy
• prepare operational reports
• maintain client procedures
• collaborate with warehouse, transportation, IT, and account teams.
