What you'll do

• Assemble, install, and repair plumbing and medical gas systems
• diagnose plumbing and gas system problems
• repair and install iron, steel, copper, and PVC piping
• inspect equipment and materials
• operate tools and powered equipment
• test new and repaired systems for leaks
• explain pricing and collect payment for services
• follow PPE requirements
• travel to regional job sites as needed
• provide direction to apprentices and participate in their training.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required. A journeyman plumber license is preferred, or the candidate must be eligible to test; plumbing field experience and boiler experience are preferred. Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to lift 50 pounds continuously and more than 50 pounds occasionally, and availability for occasional overtime.
