What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install commercial refrigeration, ice machine, and HVAC systems
• service commercial kitchen and cooking equipment
• consult manufacturers and internal operations and parts teams
• install ordered parts
• recommend available services when needed
• complete work orders and inventory records
• follow safe work practices
• maintain truck, tools, and parts
• assist other technicians when asked.
