What you'll do

• Lead nurse residency and transition-to-practice programs, including new graduate RN residency, fellowship, and the graduating student nurse associate program. Provide POCT/glucometer, PAPR, aseptic, and ECG instruction
• deliver annual education and competency testing
• manage HealthStream and related Microsoft programs
• liaise with local colleges and universities
• support evidence-based practice.
