The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervision role is onsite in North Andover, MA, with estimated full-time annual compensation of $88,000–$95,000. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Community Empowerment Services is an outpatient behavioral health practice focused on evidence-based mental health care and clinician development. The role provides direct psychotherapy while offering opportunities for clinical supervision, consultation, mentorship, and leadership in support of the Clinical Director. It contributes to patient care and the development of clinicians through assessment, treatment planning, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy
• maintain an outpatient caseload
• complete intake and diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
• monitor progress and document care
• coordinate with providers and community resources
• participate in case consultation
• provide adjunct supervision as assigned
• mentor clinicians and support clinical development and quality improvement.
