What you'll do

• Prepare patients and collect medical histories
• perform vision screenings and ophthalmic diagnostic tests appropriate to certification level
• assist ophthalmologists during exams and minor procedures
• document clinical findings
• prepare exam rooms and maintain equipment
• follow infection control and sterilization protocols
• support clinical workflow and patient communication.
